Begin by lying on the back with the head extended off the table, maintaining a chin tuck position.<br />
Slowly extend the head back towards the floor and then raise the head, returning to the initial neutral starting position and repeat as instructed.<br />
Move slowly through the range of motion.<br />
Slowly return to start position.<br />
Repeat for prescribed repetitions and sets.</p>

<p>Begin lying on floor facing up.<br />
Bend knees so feet are firmly on floor.<br />
Extend arms upward toward ceiling.<br />
Activate core muscles.<br />
Lift hips off floor to attain a bridge position with knees, hips and shoulders in alignment.<br />
Slowly return to start position.<br />
Repeat for prescribed repetitions and sets.</p>
<p>Initially, you may develop some cramping in the back of your thigh.  A simple hamstring stretch before and after may prevent this from occurring.<br />

<p>Lift knees so that a 90º position is attained at hip and knees.  Place hands beside ears.  Activate core.</p>
<p>Lift shoulder off floor approximately 6 inches attempting to bring elbow toward opposite opposite knee so that both simultaneously meet.</p>

<p>50 million Americans suffer from regular headaches, 12 million suffer from daily headaches,28 million suffer from migraine headaches, 20% of children suffer from headaches.</p>
<p>The throbbing ,pounding, skull splitting sensation of a headache is in all a common condition for millions of people each day. Headaches can affect your employment and family life tremendously in a negative way.</p>
<p>Ninety-five percent of headaches are primary headaches, such as tension,migraine, or cervicogenic ( neck related ) . These types of headaches or not caused by disease. The International Headache Society has classified 129 different types of headaches. These are the number one reason consumers use over-the -counter  drugs.</p>
<p>Many people resort to medication to find relief. Unfortunately, the releif they find is often fleeting, and the pain returns once again. There is another answer. You do not have to live with this pain,or take a pill to relieve it .</p>
<p>The greatest majority of primary headaches are associated with muscle tension in the neck.</p>
<p>Migraine headaches are the second most common type of primary headaches. There are millions upon millions of headache sufferers,and an endless list of causes. So how do you get to the bottom of  your headache situation,or help someone you love to to understand their particular headache situation?</p>
<p>New research shows that spinal manipulation or chiropractic adjustment &#8211; the primary form of care provided by Doctors of Chiropractic &#8211; may be effective treatment option for tension headaches and headaches that originate in the neck. A report released in 2001 by researchers at the Duke University Evidence-based Practice Center in Durham,NC, found that  spinal manipulation or chiropractic adjustments resulted in almost immediate improvement for those headaches that originate in the neck, and had longer lasting relief of tension type of headaches than a commonly prescribed medication.</p>

I am always on the cutting edge of my profession.  First and foremost, I became a Board Certified Chiropractor in December of 1988 . After that I proceeded to become Board Certified in Chiropractic Neurology, which is a 300 hour or 3 year training of  a  postgraduate degree. I received my Board Certification  in October 1997. I am 55 of 700 Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist  across the United States.                                                                      </p>
<p>I am the first Doctor be it Chiropractic or Medical in the Lehigh Valley that offers a genetic supplement, which repairs damaged DNA.  Why is that so important  you ask? I will tell you why .
